Papers consist of a draft of indenture, April 1855, between David Ayers and David Theodore Ayers to retire the debts of David Ayers; and a deposition by David Ayers, April 13, 1855, in his court suit against the estate of Henry Hubbell for recovery of debts. The surname was spelled both Ayres and Ayers by different family members.
